Sunday, August 30, 2015. I'm a little late getting this post out, but I think I'm still celebrating :) August 16th, I took Alex to another show. This was a Combined Test and Dressage show, so no cross-country this time (I think Alex was secretly bummed). In an effort to get him in the ring as many times as possible, we entered both the Cross-Rails and Greenie divisions with an additional Stadium round at Starter for schooling. Wednesday, August 28, 2013. My Horse is a Dork. Since Alex had the day off today (I know, I said lunging, but I was tired, I have no excuse). I thought I'd post some video of my horse being a goof ball :-). He is freaking hilarious with the hose! I literally cannot spray his face unless I give him a drink and "brush" his teeth. He's all like "Mom.look at my tattoo! LOL This is part of the reason I love this horse. So much personality! AndI have some big news.Alex is going on his. Field trip this weekend!

Wednesday, August 6, 2014. They could come up to observe/hang their heads over the fence bordering the arena. After a beautiful ride on Saturday, despite a post-hole digger being used in the background, our Monday ride left something to be desired. Alex was so worried about his new "audience" that he pretty much kept one ear on them at all times. "what are they doing? How come they are walking around doing whatever they want? Are they watching me? Are they still there? They are my women! Wait For The Jump.
