The Tai Chi Centre:. TCC was started in 1995 in a studio in South Kensington teaching Yang Family ‘Hidden Transmission’ Tai Chi Chuan (YMT). It expanded to regular classes in Chelsea, Kensington, and Notting Hill Gate. The classes are now centralised into one location in London, with all classes providing for everyone from the experienced to beginners. Mon and Wed: 7.30 8.45 pm*. The Tai Chi Centre. St Philip’s Church. At the corner of Earls Court Rd and Stratford Rd – use the Stratford Road Entrance. Nearest tubes: Earls Court / High St Kensington. No special clothes or footwear are needed. It is preferable to wear comfortable clothing, and shoes. No previous experience is necessary. Please make contact before your first class. Classes for all levels are held every week, excluding Bank Holidays, the month of August, and the Winter Holiday.

Website, together with details of the YMT Meeting on the second weekend in November each year. Jasnieres is a push hands and instruction meeting for all tai chi styles held in July every year. It is held at a camp site near Le Mans in Northern France, where you can camp, or stay at nearby hotels. It is organised by Aramis.

Beginners classes will be starting on Thursday evenings from 24th September. About the T'ai Chi Centre. The T'ai Chi Centre teaches the full Yang style syllabus of the British T'ai Chi Ch'uan Association. Tuition ranges from beginner to advanced and includes Instructor training. Weekly classes are currently taking place for the Short Form, Long Form, Ta Lu and The Dance.
