The Woodards: More "Firsts"
http://cadenwoodard.blogspot.com/2010/06/more-firsts.html
Tuesday, June 15, 2010. Well Caden has recently added a few more "firsts" to his list. As a family, we enjoyed our first trip to the Emergency Room on Memorial Day. We were at Gramps's house about to enjoy our lunch when Little Man fell and cut his eyebrow open. We rushed him to the ER while trying to keep the cut from bleeding all over the place. He was such a little trooper! Recently we have been trying to master a few new things: walking up and down stairs, learning new words, and trying to jump!

The Woodards: February 2011
http://cadenwoodard.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html
Wednesday, February 9, 2011. I can't believe we're already into February! Our family has had a very busy start to the year but hopefully things will slow down at some point. My boss and I left our old company and have gone to a new one, which has been very exhausting but very exciting at the same time. Just a lot of hard work and a little more time away from my family than I'd like. But that's part of it I guess ; ). Now don't get me wrong - this child is very strong willed too! I have found hitting to b...

Tuesday, June 29, 2010. Just wanted to update everyone on our journey to start a family. I think most everyone knows that we have been trying for a little over a year now. We are currently on our third round of clomid. If this time doesn't work, we will be going in to start testing in August. I really hate clomid and it makes me very emotional and sensitive. Please pray for me and especially Jason! Well, that's pretty much all for now.I will give another update soon! Links to this post. THE JOURNEY SO FAR.

Friday, June 24, 2011. We could not be more pleased to announce that we are having a baby boy! We love him so much already! He was not shy at all! In fact, it only took the ultrasound tech two seconds to announce that it was a boy! We could not be happier and more thankful to the Lord for this precious miracle He has given to us. We just can't wait until Ian is here in our arms! He is due November 28th! How appropriate for him to be here around Thanksgiving! We love you, Lord! Links to this post. Surgery...

Time really does fly and I have to say that I don't really like it. It probably sounds crazy to some, but in some ways I'm already ready to go through it all over again to have another! Here are my entries for 1 week through 7 months:. Ian at 1 week:. 7 lb 4.5 oz. (25%). 20 1/2 inches tall (63%). HC: 14 inches (35%). So good to have our baby home!

The Woodards: Holidays are Over...
http://cadenwoodard.blogspot.com/2011/01/holidays-are-over.html
Sunday, January 2, 2011. The holidays are over and I'm both sad and excited for the New Year and what it brings. 2011 is going to be a very different year for me, especially. I have huge changes coming about with my career and I'm feeling all kinds of emotions in relation to that. But I'm very excited and ready to dive in. Whereas I'm going to miss being at home with my little man during the day, I'm excited to get back to work. I don't know how you stay at home mamma's do it - IT'S HARD WORK! Always has...
