I hope you enjoy them too! 1 T ground flax seeds. 3 T warm water. 2 1/2 cups spelt flour. 1/3 cup brown rice syrup. 4 t baking powder. 3/4 cup nondairy butter,room temperature. 3/4 cup nondairy semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1/2 cup nondairy milk I use rice milk. Preheat the oven to 425(220c or gas mark 7). Lightly oil a cookie sheet or baking sheet.
