Monday, August 29, 2011. Don't you hate it when you call someone for help and they seem overwhelmed? Me too. There is nothing worse than being on a call looking for help and the person on the other end seems stressed. It happens. I get it. Especially this time of the year when everyone wants something yesterday, and it all seems life and death. It is our job as service providers though to take it all in stride. Do what we can do and do it calmly and professionally. How busy its been? Have a GREAT FALL.
