That beat my target of 4 hours, it also beat Toadie from Neighbours and I was pretty happy with it. But not as happy as I would be if I beat 3:30 and so a goal was set. Then there was 2012. Now I think I have sufficiently sanitised things I can stick my head back up. If you are trying to drop a few kgs (Havock I am looking at you) try MyFitnessPal.
