Thursday, August 28, 2008. I figured I would leave an update for you all. There were a few people out there who were disappointed that I hadn't updated my blog in awhile. So.here it is! Since I've been off the Isagenix cleanse I haven't lost any more weight. My weight has fluctuated up and down. I've been tempted in to certain unhealthy eating habits again, but for the most part, my healthy lifestyle is intact. With the exception of some not so good eating days. I will be sure to update you all again.

Saturday, August 16, 2008. I lost a pound - Woo Hoo! It's kind of exciting when you plateau for a few days. Any how.I'm doing good. Yesterday was my first of two cleanse days and today is my last cleanse day. I'm so excited. I'm sure I'll lose a couple more pounds by the time I'm done. Wednesday, August 13, 2008. Had a shake in the morning along with my accelerator capsule. For lunch I had tuna, cottage cheese, a hard boiled egg and a salad. Good stuff! Monday, August 11, 2008. Yesterday was the end of my two day cleanse and I started back up on my Shake Days. I took my accelerator capsule and a shake in the morning, and I had some fish sticks and a salad for lunch. In the afternoon I took a second capsule, and then for dinner had another shake. No weight loss, but I'm not disappointed. It can be expected after two days of eating virtually nothing. I'm sure the food was a shock to my body.
