One is Julian having some water and walking around, where you can kind of hear him whisper the word "water" and see the improvement in his walking. March 8, 2011 at 2:37 AM. I miss my boy! The major consolation is that Im actually inspiring many other women scientists.they keep asking me how I balance my career and having a child. Im trying to convince them all it is OK to do both! Thursday, February 24, 2011. Linus had his blanket, Christopher Robin had Pooh, and now Julian has.Llama. In parent-speak, this is known as a "lovey", and is considered a helpful aid in learning to feel secure as he ventures out into the big bad world. Monday, November 1, 2010. Devin started his first solid foods about 3 weeks ago now. His first taste was rice cereal mixed with breastmilk. He sucked it down diving for the spoon and complained if we didn't get more to him fast enough. The occupational therapist wanted us to let him play with his food to feel the textures and be more part of the feeding. As you can see he had no problem complying with that direction.
