I am on the board of the Academy of Chocolate. And have a lot of fun meeting to taste, discuss and debate issues regarding sourcing, transparency and the journey from bean to bar. As a part of the Academy we have a mission to both educate people about chocolate and to encourage greater transparency in its making. To help spread the fun of chocolate I have been giving talks and tastings for family events, company networking events, hen parties as well as hosting conferences and debates on the subject.
