I am rooting for the Phillies, I always root for the NL, unless it's the dodgers. (I haven't forgiven them for 1988, am I that old? Despite rooting for Philly, I had to admit NY played a heck of a game last night. All hustle and no quit. The Yankees got a heck of a player when they snatched Johnny Damon from the Sox.

From Sushi To Samurais. A weblog covering sushi and just about anything else. Wednesday, December 30, 2009. I need to eat breakfast. I need to bring a lunch.(instead of eating off the dollar menu). I need to cut back on soda, from two cans a day to one. Walk a lot. (which I already do). Get in 30 minutes of intense aerobic 3 times a week. (which I don't do, yet). This will probably be the hardest thing for me to do. This would probably help me and my health the most. And may you all have a FANTASTIC 2010.
