Assam Laksa In Mudgee Australia: October 2009
http://assamlaksainmudgeeaustralia.blogspot.com/2009_10_01_archive.html
Saturday, October 24, 2009. The more I use my bread makers the more inspired I get at trying different types of recipes for bread etc. I noticed that one of my machine had a jam setting on it as well as a cake setting. I couldn't imagine how a bread maker was going to be able to produce a cake for me but I thought the same with the jam setting till I gave it a try. I will certainly be on the look out for more cake recipes and maybe I might even convert some conventional ones to be made in the bread maker.

Assam Laksa In Mudgee Australia: December 2009
http://assamlaksainmudgeeaustralia.blogspot.com/2009_12_01_archive.html
Tuesday, December 29, 2009. I have never made bread sticks before, I don't know why cause I have eaten them at restaurants. Maybe I wasn't into dips either at that time and even now just a little. Actually I prefer a good chicken liver pate to a dip. So here is the recipe, have a go at it and serve it with your favorite dip and if you like it share it with your family and friends. If you have young kids get them on board to make them. They would have a ball of a time. 3/4 cup plus 3 Tbsp Water. Divide th...

Assam Laksa In Mudgee Australia: Farm Fresh Escargot
http://assamlaksainmudgeeaustralia.blogspot.com/2010/11/farm-fresh-escargot.html
Wednesday, November 17, 2010. Living on a farm does have it's advantages and adventures when it comes to growing your own food. I have always enjoyed escargot but never thought of farming my own till watching Gordon Ramsay harvesting garden snails from his garden, purging them then cooking with them. That set off a bell in my head and I have often wondered whether the snails in my garden were edible too. Here is a picture of my experiment. My Experiment With Garden Snails. Growing your own food. I did do...

Assam Laksa In Mudgee Australia: June 2009
http://assamlaksainmudgeeaustralia.blogspot.com/2009_06_01_archive.html
Tuesday, June 30, 2009. Today I thought I'd share with you my musical side if you can call this one. Don't expect the standards of Beethoven or Mozart although they are my favorite composers in the classical era. . I started learning how to play the piano when I was five or six. Music pieces at that time was pretty boring. How would a young child understand nor enjoy playing music from the baroque, classical, romantic era and scales for that matter? Links to this post. Saturday, June 27, 2009. This ye...

Assam Laksa In Mudgee Australia: August 2009
http://assamlaksainmudgeeaustralia.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html
Monday, August 31, 2009. Spring Roll or Spring Strudel? Today was my grocery day. As I walked through the supermarket aisle I gathered the ingredients needed for my cooking adventure. I am so looking forward to eating the end product which I am certain would be very light and crispy filled with an abundance of my own version of filling. As you know I am always looking for ways to improve and adapting a recipe to suit my taste and stay healthy. . When it is out of the oven let it cool for five to eight mi...

Wednesday, November 25, 2009. Busy, Busy, Busy. I kept telling myself that I should update my blog at least once a week but alas other stuff took over and I find myself lagging behind so today I am making a conscious effort to write something. Can't wait to have it with a slice of my freshly made bread. I am gaining more confidence in farming the biodynamic way. It just feels right and in synergy with the universe. Links to this post. Assam Laksa In Mudgee Australia: September 2009
http://assamlaksainmudgeeaustralia.blogspot.com/2009_09_01_archive.html
Tuesday, September 22, 2009. This morning I woke up to a blanket of dust and gusty wind. The night before the wind had been blowing rather forcefully, I didn't expect that it had brought along with it all these dust. Apparently Sydney too was blanketed with dust. It is now late afternoon and I am glad that it has gone away but still the layers of dust left behind I will be dusting and cleaning off. Till my next update, have a beautiful wonderful day. Assam Laksa In Mudgee Australia: January 2010
http://assamlaksainmudgeeaustralia.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
Saturday, January 16, 2010. Hang on have I stepped back in time? I must say it took a few years and a change of thinking, lifestyle and being before it all made some sense to me. Actually it makes a lot of sense now. Links to this post. Labels: bio dynamic farming. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
