Men Who Hate Women. New discovery: Laura Marling. Am I the only one who’s not OK with the song “Pumped Up Kicks”? So I’m sure by now you’ve heard the song “Pumped Up Kicks” by Foster the People on the radio. It’s catchy, and by all means, a great summer song. I’d probably be blasting it if it weren’t for the fact that the lyrics make me so horribly uncomfortable. If you haven’t heard it, the chorus goes like this:.
