Monday, November 8, 2010. Last week my mom and I ventured to Montreal. we stayed with my mom's sister and had a great time! We left on Tuesday, bright and early, we were up at 4:30am to catch the 6am train to Toronto and then boarded the Montreal bound train from there. I wasn't sure how the train ride would be, considering my motion sickness, but it was great! Via has wifi on their trains so I was able to watch movies, surf the net and check my emails on the way. It sure made the time pass quicker!

All that Glitters Scrapbooking: October 2014
http://allthatglittersscrapbooking.blogspot.com/2014_10_01_archive.html
Tuesday, October 14, 2014. A friend asked if I would do a Harley themed canvas for her. Here it is! I was a bit apprehensive at first but think it turned out ok (if I do say so myself). I fussy cut the motorcycle image from scrapbook paper that she had and used it as the focal point. I collaged the motorcycle and some strips of paper onto the canvas, added molding paste through a stencil around the edges and then start adding paint using stencils. Posted by Julie Gillespie. Sunday, July 13, 2014. Gelli Printed Elephant Walk Canvas. I spent Saturday with some friends at Younique Country Retreat near Fergus. We had a full day of fun which ended with us wearing moustaches LOL.don't ask! I decided that I'd rather paint than scrapbook for this crop session. I had an idea in my head for a canvas featuring a family of elephants. I started by using my Gelli plate to make some papers and then cut out an elephant shape in three different sizes. I love my Elephant Walk canvas! This on...

Sleep is not required. Friday, January 9, 2015. Happy New Year. It's 2015? How did I get from January 2, 2012 to January 9, 2015? It's been an absolute whirlwind! I'm hoping that maybe this is my year to finally spend some time blogging again. I still hope to get some creative paper crafting stuff up here, but to be totally honest, I haven't actually done much of anything terribly creative since I last blogged. EEEK! That's terrible.and not entirely true, but mostly so. You will notice this is a Young Liv...

Scrap therapy | Scrappingfor7
http://scrappingfor7.blogspot.com/2011/04/scrap-therapy.html
Monday, April 4, 2011. Well after everything I have been through, I think it's about time I find something therapeutic to do. Scrapping is the answer! I have been scrapping a lot the past two weeks. I really missed it. The layout above is one I did using pics from our PEI trip last summer. I also missed keeping up with other blogs, and seeing what is going on in the scrapping world. So if you notice my presence more on your blog, it's because I am finally coming out of my fog. April 4, 2011 at 3:42 PM.
