Our Journey to Parenthood. How We Got Here. Wednesday, October 19, 2011. We just hit the fabulous 24 week mark! Here is a picture. Monday, October 17, 2011. Last week we hit the 23 week mark and I continue to feel really great. Baby girl is now moving a lot and her kicks and thumps are getting stronger. Scott was able to feel her move for the first time last weekend. Sometimes I can even see her kicking on my belly! Speaking of my belly, it is growing and growing and I love it! Here is a shot at 21 weeks!

In Search of Motherhood: July 2015
http://miminsearchofmotherhood.blogspot.com/2015_07_01_archive.html
In Search of Motherhood. An obsessive-compulsive, anal-retentive, neurotic, klutzy young woman with Turners Syndrome reflects on Operation Baby and on becoming a physician. Tuesday, July 14, 2015. Another update - also known as procrastination - Change of place, change of luck. But not too much procrastination. I do need actually to pass my Internal Medicine boards, after all, and study time is scant. Now - practice exam questions and hopefully a new entry in my journal to A. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

TTC Fatty: January 2012
http://ttcfatty.blogspot.com/2012_01_01_archive.html
Uncensored honesty with yours truly. Tuesday, January 24, 2012. DH and I both reuse plastic cups to save money and reduce waste a little (although I'm sure those nice purdy glass ones would reduce it even more heh). Just rinse out and re-use. Easy enough. well. that's until you don't think to check to make sure nothing is in it before pouring your drink. There is nothing worse than finishing up your drink only to spot a mystery object at the bottom of your cup. BLEH! Everything is good here. And I swear&...

Syringe Sisters: February 2012
http://syringesisters.blogspot.com/2012_02_01_archive.html
Sunday, February 26, 2012. So, in an effort to {potentially} find out why my beautiful embryos didn't stick around, we're running a series of rare, expensive blood tests this week:. RIP (Reproductive ImmunoPhenotype).$265: IF this test shows that my white blood cells are actively seeking out and destroying foreign material (aka my sweet embabies), I'll have a NKA (Natural Killer Cell Activation) test.$340. Again, this is treated intravenously and will be sent off to Chicago. Thursday, February 23, 2012.

The Road Less Traveled: Visiting Santa
http://kkasun.blogspot.com/2011/12/visiting-santa.html
The Road Less Traveled. Ray and I were deemed infertile after a year of trying. We did tons of testing and were diagnosed as "unexplained infertility". After 19 cycles we got our BFP! Friday, December 9, 2011. We took Avery to meet Santa yesterday! I figure next year she might be in Stranger Danger mode and won't like it, so this might be my last chance for two years! Why can't she sleep like that at night? And then she got bored with it. These are her in the food court, showing off her outfit! 10110- HS...

The Road Less Traveled: Avery's First Christmas
http://kkasun.blogspot.com/2011/12/averys-first-christmas.html
The Road Less Traveled. Ray and I were deemed infertile after a year of trying. We did tons of testing and were diagnosed as "unexplained infertility". After 19 cycles we got our BFP! Thursday, December 29, 2011. I just loved this Christmas and I cannot imagine how awesome it will be when she gets older and more aware of what is going on! So on Christmas Eve we opened our presents as a family of three! Avery with her stocking! She is kind of opening her presents. She got level 2 nipples. December 29, 201...

For This Child I Prayed: October 2013

Wednesday, October 30, 2013. I cant believe my little girl is 20 months old! My babies are getting way too big way too fast! At 20 months old Jackies personality is coming out more and more every day. As an infant she was always kinda quiet and laid back, but as a toddler, she is the complete opposite. She has sooo much energy that my husband and I often joke that she has to be ran outside everyday like a pitbull. If we dont she wont nap and she will stay up until 10 or 11pm!
