Taste of the Vine. Taste Of The Vine 2016. Coastal Coalition for Children supports 3 different programs:. Every new mother who delivers a baby at SGHS maternity center is eligible to receive services from the First Steps program. Following the mother’s approval, a staff person meets with the new mom and provides a packet of helpful information on important topics for new parents. We use the Great Start Georgia family review to determine the family’s needs and make referrals as needed. CASA Glynn, Inc.
