Wednesday, August 22, 2012. The last leg of my journey, week 3 of Yoga Teacher Training, was here and then gone - quickly. I am reeling from the adventure. As I expected, the end was bittersweet. I looked forward to the end through the entire journey and as I lay on my yoga mat during Savasana, during our last class at teacher trainees, an hour before graduation, I let my emotions truly sink in. Wednesday, June 20, 2012. Yoga Yoga Teacher Training. Last week I completed a portion of what will ultimately be one (I am sure of many) of my life's most challenging journeys - Yoga Yoga Teacher Training (YYTT). I made my pilgrimage to Yoga Yoga in Austin last Friday after work as my first day of class was Saturday morning! Monday was one of the hardest days of my life.
