http://fromyawntocomehither.blogspot.com/2007_07_01_archive.html
From YAWN to Come Hither. Monday, July 30, 2007. I've actually put a deadline on whatever this is I'm doing. I've decided to 'maintain' until I go back to work. Living Life to the Fullest. Updates on a southern girl braving the Last Frontier! Friday, April 29, 2011. Our dear friend and fellow Ch2 co-worker, Annie, is leaving us for North Carolina. Before her departure, we planned an evening hike to Kincaid Beach. It was super windy, so some visitors to the beach before us ended up leaving and they didn't carry out their stack of firewood (which I couldn't believe they'd even bring with 'em considering how long the walk is! Living Life to the Fullest. Updates on a southern girl braving the Last Frontier! Monday, December 26, 2011. We usually send a photo Christmas card out a few weeks before Santa's arrival, but since we made plans to spend the holiday away from home, we opted for a travel theme postcard and wished everyone a 'Maui Christmas'! Living Life to the Fullest. Updates on a southern girl braving the Last Frontier! Thursday, September 16, 2010. Deja Vu in Valdez. I was sitting in my cubicle late Thursday afternoon when our assignment manager, Ed, walked up to me and asked if I could go to Valdez on Monday to shoot a story about the horrific oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. According to Ed, many in Valdez who went through the Exxon Valdez oil spill 20 years ago were having a case of deja vu. The flight back to Anchorage from Valdez was...

Living Life to the Fullest. Updates on a southern girl braving the Last Frontier! Thursday, March 10, 2011. More of the Aurora. I've been on high alert lately to see more Northern Lights. I constantly check the prediction website to see whether they'll be visible from Anchorage. And I turn out all the lights in the house so I can stare into the sky to see if there's any trace of 'em. Yes, I know, it sounds a little obsessive. But I can't help it. I just want to experience them again! Posted by Lori J.
