Offers a 13month warranty on all Symmetra systems and a 24 month warranty on all battery packs (unless expressly stated otherwise) through our parent company, Wesworth Electric, Inc. Our warranty policy begins at the delivery date or pickup date. We exclusively decide whether to a) replace the unit or upgraded model, b) have the unit returned to us for repair, c) refund the purchase price less a pro-rated amount based on the cost of batteries.
