Friday, February 12, 2010. Spring is in Full Swing! Well, you must be thinking, what does she mean by saying "spring is in full swing? And you are right, it is certainly not yet spring! In fact, it is still very much winter as evidenced by the snow storm and snow day we had in the middle of this week! What I do mean is that the spring semester is now in full swing! The onslaught of papers for the semester has officially begun! It will be a popular place to live next year to be sure! Let me tell you, inco...

New England Banana Split Authority: June 2006
http://nebsa.blogspot.com/2006_06_01_archive.html
New England Banana Split Authority. Sunday, June 11, 2006. The view of Blackstone River Valley. From West End Creamery. There is a hill behind the building that opens to a large grassy field adjacent to Swans Pond. There are picnic tables near the water and the trees nearby provide ample shade. I had a lot of fun running around and kicking a ball with my son. The highlight of his day was being able to pet some horses that happened to pass through. Posted by slowjam98 @ 5:59 PM.

Sunday, January 31, 2010. The Beginning of the End. It is Day 14 of my last semester at Stonehill. And I am in disbelief that I have already been back on campus for that long! Out of all my semesters at Stonehill. The transition back to campus this semester has been easier for me than any other transition back to school. Unfortunately, it's a little too late since it's the last one! I have already been doing a lot of work, but I've had some good times with friends too! But unfortunately it ended up coinc...

I owe a HUGE thank you to my friend Nick from high school, who spent a couple hours helping me figure out how to get this video on the blog to all of you! It took many attempts at changing the type, size, and location of this video, but at long last - here it is! Hope you all enjoy it as much as I did! Sunday, December 20, 2009. Final Days of Student Teaching. I'm still not u...

Monday, June 15, 2009. Summer's in Full Swing. Already this summer, I have had some highs and lows as well as time to work and time to relax. One of my lows was that I had graft surgery. I had receeding gums, so they had to cut some gum. From the roof of my mouth and reattach it to my gums were the gum line was too low. This was my first surgery ever! As also the first time I have had stitches; so needless to say, I was nervous about it! However, my ch. In did bruise pretty badly. I was so excited and re...

Thursday, July 16, 2009. Weekend Getaways: Boston and Lake George. But let's first start with my family's trip to Boston. Even though we only live an hour from Boston, we have never gone into the city for the famous 4th of July celebration before. It was something I have always wanted to do, so it was definitely the year for us to go! I really enjoyed the hike, but I only jumped from the lowest rock into the lake once we arrived at our location. I didn't mind the jump, but the water was very choppy b...

Monday, April 19, 2010. Rain Won't Ruin Our Parade! Last I heard, the count is at 35 days until graduation! And with the approaching end of the spring semester also comes lots of exciting senior and campus events. Last weekend, the Class of 2010 celebrated with our 50 Days event at Gillette Stadium, home of the New England Patriots and the New England Revolution. I've been to the stadium a couple times before, but it was neat to have the clubhouse (and the stadium! But even though it didn't feel like spr...

Friday, May 7, 2010. 5 Finals Away from a Bachelor's Degree! All day yesterday I was in disbelief that it was my last day of classes that I will ever take at Stonehill. It was an exciting moment, but also unbelievable and bittersweet! Yet, it was not just yesterday, but all week that had me thinking about some of my "lasts" at Stonehill. I ate at the Hill for the last time (because they are starting remodeling today! So sad I am going to miss out on the new space! This whole week of lasts was preceded by...

My Awkward notfunny Life: July 2013
http://myawkwardnotfunnylife.blogspot.com/2013_07_01_archive.html
My Awkward notfunny Life. Wednesday, July 31, 2013. Technology Tuesday* Vol. 3, the fancy phone edish. I don't know, Mich and I accidentally matched today. We should have taken a pic before our bike ride. And we should have gotten the rest of our matching outfits in the shot. Hindsight don't need no spectacles, yo. Okay, sounds good to me. Expect to be bombarded with an excessive number of "crappy" as people have dubbed them of late. Here's to hoping their Pinocchio noses have not grown any longer and my...
