Banana and chocolate is a match made in heaven, and these little muffins are proof of that fact. They’re so simple to make, and the moist chocolate centre went down a treat in my house. Here’s what you’ll need:. 250g self raising flour. 1 tsp baking powder. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 4 large, ripe bananas. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the muffins come away from the side of the pan when touched.
