I was in a freezer meal group awhile back and we were give this chicken and it was so tasty. The only thing i would do different is double the sweet and sour sauce recipe. 3 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts. 2 whole Eggs, Lightly Beaten. 1/4 cup Canola Oil. 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce. 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt. Mix sauce ingredients together and pour over chicken.

Plus it is super budget friendly to make and very filling. 1 can flaky biscuits (8 per pack). 1 1/2 pounds ground beef. 1 cup kc masterpiece (or other sweet) BBQ sauce. 1/4 cup yellow mustard. 1 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese. In a very well greased casserole dish, lay out biscuits. In a large pan, brown ground beef. When ground beef is cooked, drain fat well.
