My sister in law and mother in law gave me a bunch of squash and zucchini from their gardens, so I found some yummy recipes that I could make with it! I love all 3 of these recipes. Especially the casserole. My Hubby loved it! Cook 5 minutes and drain:. 6 c sliced squash/zucchini. I mix zucchini and yellow squash). 189; c. chopped onion. 1 can cream of chicken. 1 c sr. cream. 1 c grated carrots. 189; tsp. salt. 1 c brown sugar.
