What's Cookin Mama. Cooking, Children, Family. June 3, 2015. For the past few weeks my diet and my free time have had a complete overhaul! I have been giving the “Bulletproof Lifestyle” a go, which is very similar to Paleo, but with an emphasis on consuming high quality fats (coconut oil, pastured butter, avocados, bacon, grass-fed beef, lambetc). The goal is better overall. Mental clarity, energy, physical strength and even emotional stability. It has only been 3 weeks, so I will have to keep you posted.

Soft Whole Wheat Crackers. These come together very quickly and provide a great snack or light lunch with some raw cheese or peanut butter on top. 2-1/2 cup whole wheat flour. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. 8 tablespoons cold butter. Frac12; cup water. Frac12; teaspoon vanilla. Preheat oven to 400. In a food processor combine the whole wheat flour, sugar, salt, paprika and butter. Pulse for a few times until you get fine crumbs. Combine water and vanilla and pour over dry mixture. Cool on a wire rack.
