Great day cooking with Paolo in Montorsoli, Italy. Thursday, September 23, 2010. Drive Through the Alps du Martimes - September 22nd. An Amazing Day of Sightseeing! We decided to rent a car for the day and do some sightseeing outside of Antibes. As we left Antibes we drove through Grasse (the city of Perfumes) on our way to Saint-Vallier-de-Thiey. A very tiny town and stopped for a coffee. We had lunch on the roof of the restaurant overlooking the mountains.absolutely stunning. Tuesday, September 21, 2010.

Our last night in Venice we purchased some food and wine and ate it on our balcony. In the evening we took a walk into S. Marco's Square and just took it all in. It was magical. Great day cooking with Paolo in Montorsoli, Italy. Tuesday, September 7, 2010. Castello Del Trebbio - Wine Tour. The Trebbio Castle was built as a small fortress in 1184 by the Pazzi Family. The current owners bought it in 1968 and restoration was undertaken to bring the Castle to its present splendor. The owners actually live there year round. There is no heating so I guess it can get really cold in the winter. There are 40 rooms in the Castle and only 4 people live there. Tonight we are staying in and ...
