I put this one together and it worked out really well. 3/4 lb dried penne. 1 T extra-virgin olive oil. 1/2 yellow sweet onion, thinly sliced. 1/4 lb prosciutto, cut into thin strips. 1 lb asparagus, trimmed and cut diagonally into 1″ strips. 2 c cherry tomatoes, halved. 1/4 c dry white wine. 1/2 c Pecorino Romano, grated. 2 t dried thyme.
