Tuesday, December 2, 2008. So I really, really did not want to start a blog. I've been resisting for years. But my kids all decided they were going to start their own so I thought, great, now I'm the outdated mom (insert eye roll here). I gotta keep up with my own kids, at least. Here's the update on us. I started downstairs toward the TV telling Isaac that I was going to veg for a little while and he replied with."You can't just sit in front of the TV all the time, you will get really fat! They wanted to make sure there were no casts in the airways currently because he would be too weak and in too much pain to be able to cough them out safely. They actually let me stay in the room for this one AND let me look down the scope to see for myself. It was very cool! Ready to be extubated! Brothers come to visit in the ICU.
