I aim to Shed…. Of course the extra kilos :). January 2, 2013. Before I write about my anger on myself, let me wish you all a very Happy new year! And I truly hope that everyone’s goals are met this year! Now about my current weight loss status, I have terribly failed at Sugar’s challenge😥 Instead of 4 Kg weight loss, I have actually gained 1.5 Kg! And I totally blame myself and winter for that😀. Anyways, jokes apart, I start with being serious from today! 1 that I avoided (and pat myself for that).

I have been always been fat. not obese but what you call plump In the next 15 months I plan to change it.in 15 months (i.e. Nov 2013 i will celebrate 10 years of married life) and the last thing i want to do is look fat and grumpy in my photos. A journey towards losing weight. Wednesday, 31 October 2012. I have been eating relatively well after an Eid-al-Adha related food overdose. Instead of fasting (a lot of devout people fast) on Arafat day (the day before Eid), I happily overdosed on falafel for lunch and dinner. So after eating loads of falafel, on the day of Eid, my weight hit 80.5 kgs, which is an all-time high. I made amends. I did not have Biriyani for lunch. Yeah, it was Eid and I did not eat Biriyani.
