April 8, 2012. Things have been pretty quiet around here for several months now, and for good reason – we’ve been really busy. For example, not long after the previous post we were accepted on ERDF funded training at Teesside University’s DigitalCity. And in December began learning how to set up and run a new WP website with the very patient and multi-talented Steve Thompson. Steve is also Cultural Ambassador in Teesside for the Independent Republic of Užupis. Which has an integrated blog. Follow “...

Is a feature-length film that documents one year in the lives of homeless people in St. Petersburg, Florida. The viewer sees and hears first hand, how people scratch out an existence on the streets of America’s urban centers. We learn how they got there and what keeps them there. This is a must see film. I didn’t know then how prophetic that declaration would come to be on my journey. Despite all the signs from above, below, and within I tried one-last-time to be a part of the lie. How else could I try to connect with my sleeping brothers and sisters and help them to wake up? I enrolled in University. I thought: Yes! I choose to keep my Eye open.
