It's just over 24 hours since I completed the first draft of the Black Archive for Rose and I sent it to the editor. That's my first solo book off to the editor I have a little indie champagne* to celebrate and. Got back to that there writing today, a ghostly short story for a friend. That's how proper writers roll isn't it? Monday, 9 November 2015.

Pop Culture Vulture: The Descent of Man
http://equilateral-chainsaw.blogspot.com/2016/11/the-descent-of-man.html
Dispatches from the cultural front line and far less dangerous, but equally interesting, places. Thursday, 17 November 2016. The Descent of Man. I’m not sure I’d go so far as to nominate Grayson Perry for king and queen, as Caitlin Moran does, but I’d certainly nominate him for court jester. Court jesters are traditionally the ones who can get away with saying the unsayable in the presence of the powerful and that’s just what Perry does here. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Adventures in Publishing with Jim Steel. Artwork by Kay Sales. The final volume in Ian Sales’ Apollo Quartet is available. I’m listed as the editor but in truth I hardly did anything. This novella is damned-near perfect. You really should read it. Again, for those of you new to this, it is a thematic quartet and each volume can be read on its own. All That Outer Space Allows. Is available in hardback. And for Kindle in both UK. Which will be a limited-edtion hardback and is already available for Kindle UK.

The Suspense is Killing Me: 03.05
http://apoxuponme.blogspot.com/2005_03_01_archive.html
Get comfortable. The happy ending might take a while. Mar 29, 2005. Terri Schiavo is braindead and is going to die very soon. Two weeks ago, no one knew who the hell Terri Schiavo was, and now millions suddenly give a shit. Why? Seriously, why do you care? Is it just entertainment for you? An excuse to show your religious beliefs to the cameras? To get high ratings? Personally, I don't care in the least for that woman, or her parents or husband. Why should I? Never, that's when. Get comfortable. The happy ending might take a while. Jun 26, 2005. Blogger just allowed native image hosting and multiple images per post as well! The bad news is that the template I am using does not like this awesome service and hates people like me that want to edit the template to their own liking. As a result, this blog will look different pretty soon. Why am I posting this? More importantly, why are you reading this? Posted by apoxuponme at 10:42 PM. Links to this post. Jun 17, 2005.
