Steak Tostadas with Avacados, Tomatoes, and Olives. 1 ½ lbs beef flank steak. 2 tbsp olive oil, divided. 2 tbsp Crushed Peppercorn and Garlic Rub. 1 cup grape tomatoes. 1 cup pitted kalamata olives. 188; cup chopped fresh parsley. 188; tsp salt. 190; cup cotija cheese, crumbled. Heat Grill Pan over med-high heat 5 min. Place steak into pan; top with Grill Press. Let stand 5 min.

Wish I were British. Friday, November 14, 2008. Yes, it was nearly two weeks ago now, but I thought you might all be interested in seeing our little princess! And since our little stinker wouldn't pose appropriately for a picture, I snapped her while I could. Don't you just love that face! And as some of you might know, when she's done, she must see it to name it. It being her poop. Sometimes it is a carrot, a dinosaur, or a drop, but most always, when it comes, it comes with a name!

Wish I were British. Friday, May 22, 2009. My coffee this morning was SOOO HOT! AND I didn't have to boil water prior to making it! A true miracle. You see, I am a real thrifty lady, so for the past month I have been boiling water in my tea kettle and putting it into my coffee maker to make hot coffee because my coffee maker that I have had for 5 years has quit on me! As she happily stares at her okra! It must be good! And we both say.We hope your Friday morning was as good as ours! Who Would Have Thought.

April 4, 2009. CHUNK of burnin' love. Look at that sweet 2-month-old face! I could eat his cheeks. Gabe has become much more of a conversationalist the past couple of weeks. He particularly likes to talk to the shelves on his wall and the mobile in his crib. AND he thinks I'm the funniest person he's come across. as documented in the photo above.
