There is something wonderful about Witley Court that’s hard to define. In its heyday a hundred years ago it was one of England's great country houses, hosting many a lavish party. Witley Court, the Church and the tea rooms are all on one site but can be reached in the following ways:. Turn off the A443 Worcester Road at either of the Court’s former lodge houses (Worcester Lodge and Stourport Lodge). The private, unmade road runs from one lodge to the other. Don’t be put off by the uneven surface! Halfway along you’ll find the Court, Church and Garden Tea Rooms. There is some parking available. Entry to the Court (English Heritage) can be made here or at the Visitors’ Centre.

Making People Happy With Cake. Monday, 10 November 2014. My dad turned 80 this weekend. He doesn't do cake, never eats puddings, thinks fudge is just awful (I must get the sweet tooth from the other side of the family). He does, however, like red wine. Welcome to The Garden Tea Rooms, a Worcestershire treasure and treat. Morning coffee and a toasted teacake, a light lunch made with local produce, afternoon tea with a freshly baked scone or a big slice of cake all in the majestic grounds of Witley Court. We always have a selection of gluten-free. Cakes which are made especially for us. The tea rooms 2015 season runs from 27th March until the end of October.
