MangyCat and NaNoWriMo 2006. National Novel Writing Month is a challenge to fiction writers to write a 50,000 word novel between November 1 and November 30. Last year, I won. Woot! Here's hoping sanity stays with me this November in 2006. Thursday, November 30, 2006. Day 29 and 30: Finished at 50,379. Well, Day 29 just slipped through my fingers somehow. But I did finish with 23 and a half hours to spare on Day 30. ;o) My final count? According to the NaNoWriMo Word Count Verifier: 50,379. All that's lef...

Monday, October 30, 2006. Well, I think I finally got all my CP friends' blogs added, and most added to my NaNo buddies list. I have the beginnings of a plot, at least characters and setting. Enough to get me started. Perhaps it will come to me as I begin to bring life to my charries. Saturday, November 24, 2007. Just six more days before NaNo is up! The month has just seem to have flown by. I ended up writing a total of ELEVEN THOUSAND WORDS yesterday!
