http://maureenamiller.blogspot.com/2014/06/coffee-or-tea.html
Tuesday, June 3, 2014. It sounds like such a mundane question, and yet it is similar to asking someone if they like cats or dogs. I am a coffee-lover. Okay, more than a coffee-lover. I'm certain upbringing is 90% of the factor. How about you.coffee or tea? Maureen A. Miller. June 3, 2014 at 2:55 PM. I agree about the...

Friday, April 26, 2013. Science Fiction from a romantic suspense author? What is she thinking. As authors, we are branded.kind of like cattle. :) I have a big RS stamp on my rump. And yet, I dared to venture into a different pasture and write science fiction. But how far did I stray, really? Zak Need I say more? Good looking guy - check! Mutual attraction and tension - check! Suspense and danger around every corner - check! Was written solely in the point of view of Aimee, however TWO SUNS. Have you read...

Maureen A. Miller Blog: Gunalcheesh
http://maureenamiller.blogspot.com/2015/07/gunalcheesh.html
Wednesday, July 15, 2015. No, I didn't sneeze. Gunalcheesh is Tlingit for, "Thank you." The Tlingit are from Southeast Alaska. Their name translates to People Of The Tides. A nice young local man tried to explain how to pronounce Gunalcheesh. He said the closest he could think would be, "Good-ass cheese". Southeast Alaska was beautiful.and blessedly cooler. People warn that it rains there a lot, but I had 8 out of 10 days of sunshine. Here are a few photos to share. Was my best friend. Aimee Patterson we...

Maureen A. Miller Blog: Spot
http://maureenamiller.blogspot.com/2014/08/spot.html
Thursday, August 14, 2014. Today, I take a step away from writing to talk about fish. I would like to introduce you to Spot. Spot is a Cory Catfish. Cory Catfish come in several different varieties. I have an Albino Cory and a Pepper Cory. I never like to name my fish because they often don't last. I simply referred to my two little catfish as 'the Roombas'. The Roombas are the happiest damn fish I've ever seen in my life. Cories like to school. And then look at Spot's! I am happy to report that Spot is ...

http://maureenamiller.blogspot.com/2014_04_01_archive.html
Tuesday, April 29, 2014. What was your name again? I am going back to tackle a manuscript that I've been away from for quite some time. I started reading the last few paragraphs to get myself immersed back in the scene, and I'm thinking, "oh yeah, this is good.". So I pick up with the heroine talking, and she says, "You look like a desperate man, Mr. —". Mr — Dude. What was your name again? Okay, obviously I've been away from the book for some time. I can't remember the lead character's last name! Can yo...
