She was super excited. she had never been ice skating before, but she considered herself experienced because of all the ice. Skating she had done in her socks on the kitchen floor. so we. Monday, October 17, 2011. Cake cake more cake! We had a full weekend and as you know from my post title it included a lot of cake. take a look. I haven't always been a bird nerd. it's actually been a recent transformation. within the last year or so i would say. it all started with homeschooling. i like birds, i always have. some birds that is. cool ones like hawks and pelicans or cute ones like hummingbirds. i'm. My girl turned 7 last month and to celebrate her 7th year we celebrated lalaloopsy style. as you may know my girl is lalaloopsy crazed. We went for a whimsical carnival theme, so we used yellow (of course), pink, aqua and orange as our colors. thankfully i like all of those colors and most of the items i had on hand. Monday, October 24, 2011. Homeschooling is cool: the pumpkin patch. Pretty much first thing my girl found her pumpkin. See tiny, but manageable for little kiddo's). A pumpkin flower and the start of a new pumpkin. Did you know that these beetles are pumpkin pollinators? We read it in a book about pumpkin farms. i always thought that beetles were bad, apparently not in this case.
