I long since abandoned it due to the fact that all I did was post recipes that I'd wrote but never actually made. Add whatever you want to it, whether it be poultry, basil, or semen. I decided to create this blog after abandoning a blog like this a long time ago. I used to post recipes that I wrote and never had made before, with no idea whether or not they were actually good. The recipes I post in this blog are ones that I've made and know are delicious. I wouldn't post them otherwise. I haven't had any formal training, just a lot of Foot Network but just because you aren't a trained chef doesn't mean you can't make great, quality food at home. I have a very laissez-faire.

Sunday, November 27, 2011. Just Fucking Cook some Cheesy Enchiladas. Staples right out of the pantry and fridge come to create this fucking delicious cheesy, beefy, and hearty enchilada dish. Since I’m using a lot of packaged products, I didn’t use any seasonings. You can add some chopped cilantro if that’s your thing (I think it tastes like fucking drain-o), some salsa, or some sour cream. 1/2 lb., lean ground beef, cooked and crumbled. 1 1/2 cups, Mexican cheese blend. 3 10in flour tortillas, warmed.

Sunday, November 27, 2011. Just Fucking Cook a Bag Meal. 1 Voila Beef Lo Mein meal. 1/4 cup, leftover Green Vegetable soup. 1 potato, sliced thin. 1 tbsp., butter melted. I took a big healthy portion of the beef lo mein and placed it on top of the soup and garnished with some chopped scallions for a little fresh onion action and green color. Monday, November 7, 2011. Just fucking cook some Chicken Milanese. So I made this tonight with things I had lying around the house. It’s super easy and super lazy because the only cooking you need to do is cook the chicken, the rest is chopping and mixing. Usually Milanese Chicken is pounded thin, breaded and fried but I’m calling it a Milanese because I have nothing else to fucking call it. What am I going to call it, Chicken Pounded out, fried but not breaded? 2 cloves garlic, pasted. 2 tbsp., mayo.

The Market Pantry Thai Peanut sauce was the inspiration for this recipe. It’s nutty, smoky flavor really gives the juicy chicken thighs a delicious flavor. 1/2 cup, store bought Thai peanut sauce. 1 box Toasted Pine Nut Couscous. 1 1/4 cup chicken stock. 2 tbsp., butter. 1 cup shelled Edamame.
