Send us an email. 8 - 17 years old with OCD. Not currently on psychiatric medication. Not currently receiving therapy. 8 - 17 years old. No past or current psychiatric diagnoses. NOTE: due to the MRI portion of the scan, we cannot accept subjects who would not be able to complete the MRI. A pilot version of the current study explored brain differences between adolescents with OCD and those without the disorder. Send us an email. A quick (10-15 minute) screening over the phone to determine if the child/adolescent is appropriate for the study. A longer appointment including diagnostic interviews and surveys. First fMRI completed at University of Minnesota's Center for Magnetic Resonance Research (CMRR). Sertraline is monitored with weekly/bi-weekly appointments with a child and adolescent psychiatrist. This phase is 12 weeks long. A final interview appointment including diagnostic interviews and surveys.
