Jaggery 3 medium size cubes. Cardamom 2 make into half with hands. 1 In a vessel mix jaggery, water and cardamom and boil till the syrup becomes thick till one string consistency. Cardamom, powdered - 5-6. 1 In a heavy bottom pan, fry the grated coconut in ghee. 2 Add sugar and cook on a low flame. 3 When the mixture is thick add the cardamom powder. 4 Remove from the fire and spread in a greased plate and cut into squares. 5 Serve when it gets cooled. All purpose flour 1/3cup. 1 In a bowl whisk all the liquid ingredients (not the butter). 2 Add all the dry ingredients to that and mix well. 3 Dip the bread in the batter for 15secs (dip both the sides). Place the soaked bread on a plate. 4 Melt butter in a hot pan and toast both sides of the bread in medium flame. Labels: sweets and snacks.

Chicken pieces from the gravy 1/2 cup. Onion 1 big chopped. Tomatoes 2 medium chopped. Green chillies 5 small chopped. Chillie powder 2 tsp. 1 Make the cooked hot parotta into small pieces. Keep aside. 4 Break 2 eggs into this and stir fry till the eggs are cooked. 7 Stir for 5 mins. in low flame. Serve hot. All purpose flour 1cup.

Chillie powder 1 sp. Pepper powder 1 sp. 1 Pressure cook channa dal for 3 whistles. 2 Cut pumpkin into medium size pieces. In a pan cook pumpkin with little water and salt. Pumpkin cooks faster. So check often so that it should not cook more. Tuesday, September 22, 2009. It is a nice combination for vegetable rice.

Place the cleaned whole tilapia fish on it. 2 Sprinkle one pinch of salt and one pinch of pepper on the top portion of tilapia.
