Pressure cook rajma and keep aside. 2 In a blender grind coconut, turmeric powder, chillie powder, cumin seeds and garlic coarsely. 3 Heat a pan and add cooked rajma and the grinded coconut and salt and stir well. Stir till the raw smell of the powders disappear. 4 Add a teaspoon of coconut oil to this, stir well and turn off the flame. Palak a bunch chopped.

Jaggery 3 medium size cubes. Cardamom 2 make into half with hands. 1 In a vessel mix jaggery, water and cardamom and boil till the syrup becomes thick till one string consistency.
