Friday, November 7. It’s Not Over Until It’s Over. Six minutes and ten seconds. I seriously did a six minute and ten second wall sit at our final testing on Tuesday (insert small victory dance here)! I have to tell you that I’m pretty proud of myself. In addition to that wall sit, I bettered my scores in every test from the first day at Body-N-Motion by leaps and bounds.
