Thursday, 7 March 2013. Tutorial for paper pod pouches. Take an A4 or A5 sheet of paper or card. Stick double sided tape to the shorter edge, roll into a tube. Stick double sided tape into one end of the tube, squash down. Crimp 2cms of the stuck ond to get a pretty finish and a good seal. Now the time to put any goodies inside your pouch before you seal the other end! Good ideas are mini eggs, jelly beans, flower or vegetable sheets with mini growing instruction sheets! One paper pod pouch.

Wednesday, 26 June 2013. 1 tbsp. oil (vegetable is fine). 1 finely chopped onion (medium sized). 2 cm Fresh ginger grated. 3 Cloves garlic crushed. 1 tsp medium chilli powder. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds. 1/4 tsp smoked paprika. 1 tsp cumin (ground). 1/2 tsp coriander (ground). 3/4 tsp garam masala. 1/2 tin chopped tomatoes. 2 monk fish fillets (ask your fish monger to debone and cut into large chunks). Grab a heavy bottomed pan with a lid. Add your oil and warm it up. Add your garlic and ginger into the onions.

Friday, 18 December 2009. Mini bite size goats cheese and spinach tarts. Pretty mince pies mincemeat mixed up with extra brandy and pecans and almonds. Goats cheese tart with onions, mushrooms, and olives. Mini christmas pudding truffles. Sweet and sour beetroot side dish. Well its been a while! The house at Broadstone is looking more like home after the move. We are ready for the christmas season to start and I have made nothing other than food! A large goats cheese tart ans some pretty mince pies.
