Just another WordPress.com site. May 10, 2013. Fredag- en härlig sådan. Tussan väckte mig 8.30 i morse. Jag klev upp å käkade frulle- därefter följde 5 km löpning. Kände mig rätt seg i benen och tiden blev 26.19! Därmed blev denna träningsvecka tillända och har hunnit löpa 31 km. Imorgon inleds en ny vecka fylld med träning, satsar på löpträningen nu men ja hoppas kunna hinna med lite mer körning i gymmet också! May 8, 2013. Dagens pass i bild! 5 km, 25min 52 sek.
