Carrot pudding, canned. 1 cup grated carrots. 1 cup grated potatoes. 1 1/2 cups flour. 1 tsp baking soda. Mix ingredients thoroughly. Put in bottles. Fill half full. Seal. Pressure cook for 45 minutes. Optional: add 1 cup dates, 1 cup nuts. Serve with lemon, carmel, or rum sauce. Grandma Young used lemon sauce. Carrot pudding, canned. Hard, Filled, Cheese Rolls.

Salt and pepper to taste. Cloves to taste (I'm guessing that I use about 1/8 tsp, try that, taste and adjust for your tastes). Italian seasoning (probably between 1 and 2 tsp).

These turned out so good, I started with this recipe. And then tweaked it a little bit. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 1 cup all purpose flour. 1/2 cup wheat flour. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 3 cups rolled oats. About 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. 1/2 cup chopped nuts. 1 cup chocolate chips. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, grease cookie sheet.
