Thursday, August 25, 2011. We loved having Brad and Heather out for a visit awhile ago. There's nothing like seeing family again to make ya SUPER HOMESICK! We had tons of fun seeing all the sights with them and even go in to Lady and Sons Restaurant for our cube of butter - so yummy. I can't find the all the pics I took of this weekend, that's what I get for taking too long to post it. Love you Brad and Heather and Hailey! Thanks for the visit! Feeling very poor at this moment. Especially since I don't own a pressure canner, nor do I remember how to use one. I decided peach jelly sounded good. I prefer jelly over jam. I guess the difference is that there are no fruit chunks? I think I went 29 years of my life getting that one mixed up. Anyways, I like whatever is spread on my toast to be nice and smooth.
