This was a great way to split up the duties of cooking and cleaning as well as giving a variety of foods. Matt and I did a Mexican. Night, Lori did BBQ, Kelli and Jeff did steaks, Karen and Dad did Italian, and Casey and Ben did seafood. Seafood night was the winner! Awesome job Casey and Ben! Posted by The Gilligans. We had a fire in the pit, Kim making snow angels, plowing the hay fields .just plain having fun. O'Dog in the famous ski hat of mine that I won't get rid of becuase it is too warm. He seems to like it! Jeff took Alex with him, tucked tightly in his seat belt, for a wintery ride. Alex enjoyed the whole time until he realized it was getting too cold for him. Dad put together a week at the beach as our family vacation this year. For the past few years, everyone has had the chance to travel together during the summer except for Matt and I due to career changes, moves, school, etc.This year we were able to join and what a treat!
