My life on two wheels. Experiencing life one ride at a time. The Future of Moto GP Racing and our Saturday Ride. Our friend Mike was supposed to be racing his “China-Junk-Fuck-Scooter” in a race at Sandy Hook Speedway. Denise and I planned to meet a new friend (Sandor) and ride out to the Gap Diner. We took 372 West across the Susquehanna at my favorite crossing point (just below the Holtzwood Dam) then turned south into Maryland. Dejan led us around through some nice back roads to Sandy Hook Speedway.

Good helmets no doubt but I have since discovered the wonderful fit of Arai Helmets thanks to The Service Pavillion. My first Arai was an XD3. For the first time I had a helmet that actually fit the way it was supposed to. When I sold the V-Strom I sold the XD3 too and picked up an RX7 instead.

My life on two wheels. Experiencing life one ride at a time. Laquo; Two Wheel Tuesday. The Ride to Brigantine. The ride out was great. Dejan always takes us over some great roads and today was no exception. (Short of oil and chips). Raystown Lake is hardly what I would call a lake. It’s large enough, and the activity level is equal to most lakes. It was built by the Army Corps of Engineers who have nothing on Mother Nature. The constant three foot chop on the water makes fishing difficult and unproductive.

Sunday, June 22, 2014. This blog as moved. My blog is sick. If you scroll back through posts you will see that my pictures are gone. They have been replaced with big gray minus signs. Sad face. In a nutshell, I blame Google or whatever it is. I'll spare you the story, but in the end, I can't find a way to easily replace all the photos, and I do not have the patience to go back and restore them all individually. So, I am jumping ship. My life on two wheels. Experiencing life one ride at a time. The Ride to Brigantine. On August 20, 2010 by nvernier. As much as I loathe going to the Jersey Shore, sometimes we all have to suck it up and take one for the team. So we made arrangements for the dog. Packed up our gear and rolled away from the Bomb Shelter for The Shore. Getting on 676 East the traffic was heavy, but once accross the Ben Franklin Bridge traffic thinned and we were able to set our own pace. On August 2, 2010 by nvernier.
