Motherhood, Craftiness and Other Lovely Things. March 12, 2010. April 15, 2016. I am in love with these sweet little things. They are the most simple craft I’ve ever made and cost next to nothing (I think a sheet of felt at Michael’s is about 30 cents), but the finished product has such a big impact. So easy, even little kids and cavemen can do it. Glue (craft or hot glue or whatever you have laying around the house). Cut smallish squares out of felt (smallish? Do you love my precise instructions? Dove P...

May 27, 2009 at 5:35 am. The Prize: I’m giving away a gift set for a 3-6 month old baby girl. The set includes 1 pair of reversible booties in purple fabric with a pink/blue/green flower print and coordinating green fabric, a matching bib with a white-minky back, and a white organic cotton onesie embellished with matching ruffles. This outfit would be absolutely stunning paired with a cute jean skirt or shorts, and of course an adorable baby girl! And a big “Thank You” to Sew Mama Sew. I did the unthinka...

New purse for me! | Mom in Mental Motion
https://mominmentalmotion.wordpress.com/2010/01/25/new-purse-for-me
Mom in Mental Motion. New purse for me! January 25, 2010 at 9:43 pm · Filed under Crafts. I have a great story behind this purse. First, I found the pattern. At Sew Mama Sew’s blog last spring and just could never decide what fabric to use. This past summer, I bought the red fabric for $.10 at a local discount store. It was the only piece of fabric there, and it was about 36 inches wide by about 17 inches high. Again, what does one do with that amount of red floral printed satin? Enter your comment here.
