Leek and Potato soup with smoked salmon and a hint of orange. 1 onion finely sliced. 750 grams of creamy potato, cut into chunks. 2 small leeks, courtly cut. 1 cube of chicken stock. 75 gr of smoked salmon, cut into strips.
