Wednesday, May 4, 2011. 1 head of broccoli, florets chopped off. 3 tablespoon olive oil or butter. 2 cloves garlic, pressed. 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice. Salt, to taste. 1 Steam broccoli until tender but firm, about 5 to 7 minutes. 2 Heat the butter or olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat; add the garlic and sauté for about 1 minute. Get a splash out of these.

Saturday, August 25, 2012. I quite. Or did I? The fat sick and nearly dead juice diet. In my opinion it sucked. I completed two days, the juices were kinda gross and it took me hours to prepare the food on the plan. I didn't want to talk about it because I felt like a loser. Sam bought me a few other juice books for my birthday. They are written by Jason Vale the uk juice master. We read the book 7 lbs in 7 days together in the car and I was pumped!
