We all piled into buses that took us to a really nice party venue outside the city. Each busload was given three bottles of rum to pass around. Dave tried it but I passed. Free rum on bus to party. Stephan (aka Brooklyn) only passed on one of the rounds. And he was drinking beer as well! He was definitely getting the party started early. He’s still standing. You may also like.

Salt, to taste. 1 Steam broccoli until tender but firm, about 5 to 7 minutes. 2 Heat the butter or olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat; add the garlic and sauté for about 1 minute. Get a splash out of these.

Saturday, August 25, 2012. I quite. Or did I? The fat sick and nearly dead juice diet. In my opinion it sucked. I completed two days, the juices were kinda gross and it took me hours to prepare the food on the plan. I didn't want to talk about it because I felt like a loser. Sam bought me a few other juice books for my birthday. They are written by Jason Vale the uk juice master. We read the book 7 lbs in 7 days together in the car and I was pumped!
