Raquo; skin care. Dr brandt needles no more. So I’m leafing through the latest copy of InStyle, and I see a very cool ad that immediately catches my attention. “Look fabulous, not frozen! The girls at Sephora let me down; no one seemed to know and I did a quick google search and decided to buy it anyhow. Lines No More lasted only a few hours and I was hopeful that this was the new and improved version of “Botox in a bottle” which lasted forever. Well, for as long as you use it anyhow. Monday, October 15, 2012. We went camping columbus day weekend with the costley family at mathews arm. it was amazing, and we went hiking. the view was awesome! Nat and michael, eating hot dogs. Brooke, also eating a hot dog. Me and evan. i forgot to bring jeans, and so i was freezing! Us on our hike. it was long, but really fun. My dad and Michael. This was one of the water falls. Tell me if i'm wrong, but i think Natalie and graf were the best hikers! My dad and michael again. I can't believe i'm 11!

Trudging towards 130 and other random things. Thursday, January 29, 2009. A little late, but better late than never. Exercise so far this week: Monday - run/walk for 45 minutes, Tuesday - yoga in the morning, Wednesday - yoga and then run/walk for 45 minutes (at 4:20 am), Thursday (today) - yoga in the evening. I'm going to walk for an hour tomorrow and then do yoga in the morning on Saturday followed by a 45 minute run/walk in the afternoon. Sunday is for sleeping while Michael watches football.

After listening to a lecture about how rich we, as Americans, all really are; it truly makes me think. How lucky are we to be born where we were, to have the life we do now, to be able to go to school, drive in cars, have health care, and be literate?
